Default For the wheel gurus

I have a set of 19 inch SSR GT3 wheels. There is some slight rash on the front 2 wheels. I am currently running 275/35/19 & 255/35/19. I am looking for a new look while redoing my car. I guess what i am asking is it worth repairing these wheels & keep them or to go up to 20's. Looking to get an executive/performance look. So should i keep them & repair them or sell them & get 20's?

i would repair and keep. 19's are just the right size for the car when dropped. Maybe hit up the photoshop forum to see what theyd look like in diff colors. I would definitely recommend going narrower in the front (235 or 245) because if you do decide to go lower itll afford you the extra clearance.

I was thinking of dropping down to 245 in the front, but worry about bending them

im assuming the front rim is an 8 or 8.5? A 245 will be fine on there. Your ideal setup is 245/35 in the front and 275/30 in the rear. A 245 won't be stretching to the point where you have to worry about bending.

I like those wheels, I'd keep them. A 245/35 should be fine in the front, not that big a differance in sidewall from what you've got now and IMO they'd fit the width of the wheels a little better.
