the car looks good man.. the sub placement is something i thought about doing before but i was skeptical about the sound.. how did you reinforce the back of the sub isnt it just the leather and a thin layer of material between that and the trunk?

Nah, can't go any lower, this is my daily and I commute 45 min twice a day.
I already scrape on speed bumps. This is as low as I'm gonna go!
Trust me it sounds perfect. Not sure if I understand your question... but the box is a completely solid sealed MDF box. I just simply cut out a hole to the trunk, folded the leather and tacked it to the box to make it look clean. The box sits very tight to the rear seat, but its held solid by L-brackets to the chasis.
