If i happens when you are trying to hit the accelerator pedal hard or when you are going up a hill; that is normal

first one sounds like a possible bad ground second one sounds like a servo problem. check my DIY for a fix

mine ONLY makes the sound for about 8 seconds upon starting the car, then I can never recreate it. If it i step on the accel. while it is emitting the noise it will get a little higher but not much. It never happens anytime else.
