Oh my! Thanks for posting this, I checked all four of my bags and they feel fine. They aren't making contact with anything as far as I can tell. I wonder if I will run into this problem if I go with coilovers?

you wont run into anything this extreme/dangerous with coils. worst thing i can think of is the upper control arm hitting the wheel well from being soo low but that can be solved with cutting a hole no biggie.
I wouldn't mind driving 1.5" down from stock height and then slamming it when parked .
I don't think you will have a problem if that's what you are expecting from UAS. I personally prefer higher pressure on the bags to increase spring rate for better handling.
This is my usual drive height. It might not be as low as some might like it, but it saves me from tire wear and bodykit repair.
Man...I came that close to ordering UAS too. I'm sure there's a bunch of 2nd gen GS' running these bags fine...does the different struts make that much of a difference in rubbing?

There is nothing wrong with driving this height.. IMHO.. You've had your bags for 4yrs with no problems so your obviously doing the right thing.
Oh man..... seen the updated pics. Like you said, those will not work at all. It looks scary just rubbing like that. Good Luck resolving this issue. Stay safe!
