Left him a message. The only thing is that I just cannot drive out to you to meet up. If you want, you can come here or you can paypal me and I will ship it to you. It comes with a new gasket, but no new screws. Weird right, I need new screws too.

Too just know that you could. If you can't you probably have a problem. Plus you look like a deusche when you have a V-8 and can't even take off properly.

I can peel out like a **** at 32PSI on 18' with 255s Pole Position rubber. I run lower PSI usually but can still peel out quite nicely.

I didn't keep the box or the receipt, my buddy took it with him. But all the numbers on the top of your maf match up to the new mafs numbers. I will have another maf soon, so I can try to remember to write it down. Unless is find my old receipt.

Sorry to resurrect but this thread was absolutely the most useful thread ever. Tried cleaning TB, seafoamed the engine, seafoamed the gas, cleaned the MAF. No luck. (Okay, slight improvement with the TB in that it reached the stage where it bogged down faster haha)

Replaced the MAF with one from autozone installed it in the parking lot. Pulled out into traffic via an accidental peel out. Instant improvement. 79.99 couldn't be happier. 145k miles and still goin strong.

Yup, the MAF is officially a maintenance item. I have replace 8 now with only positive results. I have concluded that it needs to be changed at about 70k - 80k miles. Every single car at this mileage has felt a significant improvement after the maf swap.

Have any of you guys that have replaced it seen a boost in MPG also? 'Cause I know the MAF messes with your MPG also.

Yea i remember my mileage going up. Don't remember exactly how much, but I do remember it getting better. I have since done the fuel filter change as well. I get a steady 17 mpg, steady driving. I live in the city so lots of stop and go. Highway, I get close to 30mpg. I know its nuts.

When I drive like a maniac, peel out, full throttle runs, i still get 14mpg on the tank.

why replace the MAF when you can clean it? Not soo cheap either. If MAF goes bad, the car will run like shiet and CEL will come on. Just saying.

because cleaning it just doesn't work. You probably don't even notice how sluggish your car is now, you clean it, and nothing changes. I did that too. Changing it really makes a noticeable difference.
