i heard RCA's dont really work well on springs. it must be coilovers or air or something.
They do work, but you dont get to really correct bumpsteer and such. Basically you get a drop, and that's it. You'll most likely gain more negative camber too due to position of the upper control arm. If you have springs that lowers the front more than the rear, you'll end up with more gap in the rear so your car may look funny, unless you get RCAs in the rear too. Then again when all is said and done, you can probably get coilovers instead.
I went from maybe -1.3 to -2.0 degrees of camber with 0.5" RCA on my L-tuned springs.
