BADGS, there's no dispute. QBranch, JacobT, et al, are correct. Go to Lexus website and look up last 3 years (maybe 4, I think '98 is still there) on the CPO link. What is not mentioned is an LSD. The IS has one (optional), the RX had one (optional until VSC was added in '01) and the LX has lockable diffs all around if memory serves (may not, I'm kind of old). The GX isn't here yet but I doubt it'll be set up to be as off-road capable as the LandCrusher derived LX .

Not to diss but "read some post" isn't exactly strong support for your argument. Anyone who can fog a mirror can post something. The net is sort of like TV; just because you read/see it, doesn't mean it's true. But this isn't bmw.org; being wrong doesn't mean being flamed to a crisp.

yes i am wrong, sorry for the bad info., could somebody explain exactly how these work/help, i dont need the "they help you in cornering/take offs) i need the explanation why... and what is the difference between torsen and clutch styles, i might put the one i have in my garage on my car...doubt it though probably just sit there for a while longer
