245/35/20??

I have not experienced it yet but from researching, 35 series tires on 20 in the front only has slight rubbing issues defending on the offset. This only happens on reverse and wheel fully turned.
I've considered 35's but i did not want to chance it. By the way, your speedo is going to be off.

At 60MPH, you are actually traveling 63.4MPH.
Based on 235/45/17 tire as OE size.
235/30/20 is off by .5MPH at 60.

I am running 245/35/20 all around. Just to give you some data for comparison, my wheels are: 8.5 and +22 offset in the front and 20x10 +19 offset in rear, with slight rubbing only during lock-to-lock turns. However, my fenders are rolled. You should not have any problems, even with non-rolled/cut fenders.
