now that you have seen ricky's silver equips and weis super chrome ones, what do you think?
wei's 20s has +35/+35(~3" lip rear) offsets, as he wanted to push the limit....on the lips...the rear rubs a little..with +37 would be fine...

I like the lips.... I like the lips......
Wei's front rim lip is PHATTTER then Ricky's HI98GS back rim lip!!! And the rear rim lip is so deep I can hardly see the spokes of the Equips.DOPE!!
I'll let you know when I land in CA so you can pick me up from the airport and take me to see Wei's car in person!!LOL

i knew you were going to say that....ricky's 19" equips has to fit his heavy duty supra tt breaks, so, he had to give up a bit on the lips areana...still, his white GS with silver equips looks dope..:eek:
i guess sometimes it is difficult to have best of both worlds...but, if we were in japan, it would be much easier.
work will to custom built the rims that have high disks for big caliper and still have good if not hugh lips. i have seen quite a few supra and the Zs with big breaks and big LIPS on the front, for the rear, well it is almost insane at over 100mm/~4" lips....
i.e., also on the new LS430, many wheels' front lips for this car is quite limited, but few jdm rim makers have work their majic and start to introduce rims with decent lips even on the front....ie, the bersaglio spoke II( i think it is the same as BR5 lowenhart), also made by WORK in 19x9 for the front has ~85mm lip, and 19x10 has ~95-100mm lip. :eek:
about you wanting to see wei's ride, there is a slight problem. he used to be only 40 miles away from me. but now he is over 400 miles from me because he moved back to ncal, and i am in scal
i guess if you plan to visit san fran, you can pm wei, he is a COOL dude...like many here..

Will- Is it possible to get a custom set of work wheels (rezax II) imported to the states. I wouldn't mine a 4 inch rear lip!

manny-what do you like? spoke, mesh, or dish style?
daygo-anything is possible, but since we are several thousands miles away from japan, that would take some effort...
BTW, i am not trying to sell rims in the open forum, just answering the questions from fellow guys here....i do not want to get into trouble with Michael, thanks
