Oh ya been on 3si for years, my wife also has a highly modded 1995 gsx, so I have to say she a pretty awesome wife. I'm actually using different pieces from different kits to make one kit. I have plans for the body, suspension, interior, wheels, exhaust, and system. I also am doing this under a tight budget, so i'm going to show you how far you can strech money on building a custom gs. I should have around 5000 in this project plus paint and body, which I'm trading a 1996 cbr f3 for. It will pretty exciting, I hope they ship the kit today so I will have it next week. If it does arrive next week hopefully the car will be done in 3 weeks! yeehaww

I would never do a knock off kit, they never fit right, and are total peices of junk. I will tell you this the front is polyurathane, and the sides and rear are fiber glass. Well let your mind go wild until the kit gets here then I'll post pics of the kit.

Just a quick update Wheels, navigation HU, Sub, amp, install kit are here. New lower ball joints, tie rod ends, and springs installed. Exhaust is fabercated, will have that installed tommorow. Will see how it sounds, its going to to be pretty aggressive, 2 flow master 40 series, and a baffled X pipe, and 2 large oval tips. Also the grill, front bumper, and spoiler are shipped, and waiting for shipping on the side skirts, and rear end. Also brake rotors, and pads are order. Finally all the new lighting is on its way.
Oh and another thing, just so you know I'm going for a tuner look on this car not VIP, just thought I would throw that out there,

Things are flying along, I have the exhaust on, and it sounds awesome. The sound system is installed, which by the way I did without splicing any stock wiring. I found that there was a toyota radio kit you could use that had the correct clip for speaker wires at the amp(in glove box) and one that went behind the deck. Everything went great no complaints at all. The sub is installed. Its a single 10in vega that fires up through the orginal sub hole. The sound is Super clean, so I'm extremely happy with that. I also made a decision today that I need headrest moniters, and I'm going to go ahead with a custom interior install two tone black and grey suede. I really want to take pics and post but I would rather show you guys the finished product. Maybe I can get a clip of the exhaust.
