I thought you got a kit. Why did you respray the stock bumpers?

 

Hey did the sub you used any problems with the install? Did you notice a big difference in bass? Did you add an amp using the wires ran to the original sub or straight to the new sub? I am planning on swapping my Mark Levinson sub for a better sub(MK sub always rips comes undone p/of crap) any recommendations? set up? sub?

 

that is a kit. its the explosion i believe but they are definatly not stock bumpers.

The kit is a mixture actually, rod millen front bumper grill and 3 piece spoiler, and the veilside sideskirts, and rear bumper! Sersiously it will look very agressive I really cant wait to show you guys the finished car.

Well cars deffently going back together, though there are 2 pieces on order from lexus and they wont be here until next week. Though thats no biggie. Um here is te car from yesterday mouring. Door are back together, and heres my new grill!



Well bill didn't like the way the clear turned out on the rear bumper so here it is being sanded back down for round 2. Seriously this guy is a perfectionist Though you will see when the cars done what im talking about.


Here were the remaining parts needing color, they don't have any clear on them in these pics but they are done today and a lot more stuff was installed!!

 

From the first pic. I was wondering if it was Royal Sapphire Pearl Blue that came on the Supras and JDM Celicas. Once I got down to the full car pics I could tell the color was darker and had to be the Spectra blue.

Well this will probably be one of the last updates until the car is completely finished. Everything is assembled but the side skirts, rear bumper, and the 2 roof moldings. He also has to put the chrome trim on the front and rear bumpers still. The roof moldings will be here thursday. So I should have it done thursday. These pics were taken thursday. Anways you should see the finished product this week!

 

Well little update for the night the side skirt and bumper are on, also all the parts we need showed up at lexus today so im going to get them tommorow mourning and take them to the body shop. Were so close its driving me crazy he said that he has some polishing to do on the side skirts and bumpers, though hes not rushing he wants to make it perfect. Anyways when the car is finally done at the body shop the car will be heading back to the interior shop to have that finished, which also includes the new sound system setup. I will install the avic while that other stuff is being finished. Then I'll head over to the mech shop and have the new brakes put on, my daizon bushing set and my steering rack adjusted. I also will paint the calipers while its up on the lift. Then over to the muffler shop to adjust my tips for the new bumper, got to be straight and stick out just a little bit. Then final stop Lexus for a full detail!!!!! Soon following high res. PICS!!!!! and maybe a video!
