AMAZING carbon fiber interior wrap!!!
I decided to ditch my project of painting the interior wood in my GS400 black. It was too hard to get perfect and very frustrating.
I went a different route and decided to do carbon fiber instead!
I took a leap of faith and ordered a large inexpensive sheet of simulated carbon fiber last week. Showed up at my door pretty quick and was able to install this last weekend fairly easily with some patience of course!
Anyways it turned out GREAT!!! The tone of the material matches the black interior perfectly
I could not be happier right now

Looks nice, but you can easily tell it's not CF, and a vinyl wrap.
There's a better CF wrap out there, here's mine.
It's about 30 bucks a yard, and it stretches nicely.
Not trying to thread jack or anything. Yours looks good as well, and i was thinking about that route as well.

It looks fake because as i mentioned above it's "simulated carbon fiber" simulated usually means not real. I respect your opinion though. I just thought I'd go the less expensive / less headache route! I was able to do this in an afternoon and for what i paid for the material I'm very happy with the results!

Can't love. or hate it....but I don't have to. As long as you are happy with it, then it's time well spent IMO. I think we can all appreciate the time that we spend trying to make our GS unique, regardless of the budget.
