^ thats what i was going to say. i got my 98 GS300 with more km's than that, similar looking condition overall but obviously no navi, and just 2JZ-GE for $19,900 from a dealer.
Then as people say you have those wheels which i think are ugly tbh, but theyre a real quality wheel that you could sell for $1500 or something. You have chrome boot bar (worth around $150) along with window visors (another $150 or so) & exhaust (if full system say $750 or so) plus the navi, so there's probably say $3200 worth of additional value alone at least.
so you're paying say around $6800 premium for V300, then consider the km's are lower than an equivalent local model which is a nice bonus, i think it is worth it. To turbo a 2JZ or convert you would be looking at a lot of hassles and time and itd probably run out a similar cost if not more than this one anyway, plus it wouldnt have the 'all factory' touch.
i reckon its a fair deal basically

... i got my car for a steal... and it was 'clean' compared to the others that i looked at in the same price range... the mileage on it was also very rare...
you coverted right but that isn't the point... you can't just do a straight conversion and say well $21k USD compared to what you can find here for $10k is too much, i pass... it has to do with the market of the industry... US has the benefit of competitive market and purchasing power to drive down the price for us...
in OZ, a new GS 300 starts at 100k AUD for the base ($112k AUD for the luxury model).. after conversion that is $70k+ USD... that is almost double what you would get the GS 350 here ~$45k USD...
in the US we go through cars like water because they are so cheap... my cousins over there think i make lots of money because i drive a GS... in OZ, they don't have options with their water or cars like we do... that's why i told my fiancee i don't know if i can ever live there.. i need to feed my car addition, and i would need to be a millionaire to do it over there...
