Default Rod Millen Air Intake

Theres on for sale locally in orange county in the classified. Anyone have any info on it. The seller just said it doesnt require any aftermarket ECU's but from what i've seen almost anything that isnt stock requires a piggyback?

BTW its for a GS400

Most of the intakes come already pre-install, so you don't need ecu.
