engine problem after disconnectin battery for 10 min!

Engine feels clogged n hardly moves while accelerating, "vsc" n "vsc off" light went on but turned off like 5 min. Later n so far hasn't came back on.. I've been searchin around for any similar problem but had no luck so far. Any 1 noe watz the problem or if there is a thread dat have any info? Any suggestions would help...

BTW my car is a 2001 gs300 has bout 105xxx miles

Drive the car for a bit and see if everything starts to feel ok, the ecu is just relearning everything and trying to re adjust its self. Any other symptoms besides the "clogged n hardly moves while accelerating"
