Default 98 GS400 Whats a fair price

I have convinced a friend at work to buy a GS400. We found a 98 certified GS400. Has 48000 miles, nav, sunroof, heated seats, hid's, cd changer and 17" non-chrome wheels. No spoiler. It is silver with black interior. They will sell it for $29,900. Seems like a fair price, paint is in excellent condition, no scratches or dents. Want to pick up on Friday. Any opinions.
Thanks in advance, Wayne

Run a carfax on it, see if it's been in any accidents, other then that it sounds like a very good deal

In Valencia, CA, found a certified 98 silver/charcoal, nav, 17 chromes, spoiler, 53Kmi and it won't go lower than $31,990.

Another one, from a private party, but this time it's black, for $29.5K. Of course, no warranty.

I think you have a good one in your hands.
