Default Weird Sound from Speakers

I got a Pioneer D1 installed in my GS400 a couple of months ago (installed by prof). Everything was fine, but I decided to disassemble the system so I could make some adjustments to the bezel. I re-attached all the wires (Power, AV, GPS Ant-in, FM Ant-in). However, when I turn the key to II, I hear a static sound from all four of my speakers. When I turn the key to start up the engine, the static sound becomes much louder (whirr sound), it sounds almost like a motor spinning very loudly. The sound occurs regardless of the volume level, whether off or high. I am still able to play audio fine and it works perfectly fine.

Does anyone know what might cause this? Thanks

If it was not there before you took it all out, then I would first check all the connections and make sure the wires have not pulled out of the connectors part way.

check your grounding wire or RCA plugs might be touching metal.

Does the sound change pitch with the rpm of the engine?
