Ok just seen this on ebay claims to be a universal fix to door actuators on Gs lexus has anyone seen this are knows if this will work at all? Any info will help thanks

yes i have these in my car. they work perfect. only thing is i had a shop to install it. parts + labor = 60 dollars

I just rebuilt my actuator motor by replacing the cap from a model # FC-280PT-20150. The brushes in the cap fail. Take a look at TRD911 DIY post for replacing the actuator, near the end GSteg suggest this and it worked for me. I also have a 01 GS300.

^...the most difficult part...and, to me, it's difficult - is to take of the hard plastic casing. Major pain in "what? what?" in da butt!

Rebuilding actuator is way better then this unifix. And i don't recommend it for driver's door because you cannot open door by key after installing it.

The door lock motor "SAME AS" FC 280PT-22125 are back on ebay. It even has the same brass tip as the original.
