The police here in AZ have taken to using seized cars as police cruisers. Since the registration has already been paid, it's just a question of modifying them to include the lights, and they hide them remarkably well. I've seen Chargers that are yellow, black, silver, Cadillacs, Avalanches, and a few others. Might as well put them to good use before selling them off! Just gotta be careful and not figure that the guy next to you is just another schmoe stuck in traffic. I did see a Corvette take off from a light and then see a new Charger take off after it. It didn't say SRT8 on it, but let me tell you...homeboy was movin down the road after the idiot in the fiberglass mobile. I can only imagine how expensive his 5 seconds of fun were. Stupidity at it's best. I saw the lights as I pulled up because they were visible in the rear windows and got to laugh as I drove by. Made for a good evening.

I still can't believe that you guys in America use 350Z's as police cars, it looks like a tuner car with Police on the side lol
Its a bit ironic seeing as the cars commiting excessive speeds are 350Z's haha

From what I have seen, at least in central Washington State, nothing the State Patrol drives would surprise me. They are big on under cover traffic enforcement cars and have, or have had:
A 2005 Volvo (Since destroyed)
A Chevrolet Monte Carlo, (rather beat up with a big dent in the drivers side door)
A Chrysler 300 (Dark Gray)
A Ford Explorer (Black)
A Dodge Intrepid (White)
All of these cars had no emblems, spotlights or external radio antennas, nothing that would identify them as law enforcement cars. The Washington State Patrol uses “WSP” or “SP” on their license plates. All of these cars had standard plates. A couple of things sort of gives them away, one is the fact that they all have window tint that would get the average car owner sited as too dark. The other thing is they have something covering up the radar transmitter sitting on the dash, usually a baseball cap. I was sitting at a light early one morning, the only other car around was a Chrysler 300 behind me when my radar detector went nuts. He has just powered up his radar, the only way I could tell was the emblems on his uniform.
Another time, I was following the beat up Monte Carlo. A strange bar arrangement on his package tray caught my eye on the ‘Carlo, I was wondering what it was. About that time, we were passed by some kid doing least 15 over when the “Carlo lit up like a Christmas tree. It’s getting so an honest speeder can’t get away with anything any more.

Well think about it, all the complaints that the criminals have when they get put in the regular cop cars with "rough seats" so this away they get nice soft seats and not much to complain about and feel as good as they can going to the jail?

Well we have tons of different vehicles in Bartlett. My neighbor has a sentra loaded down, but he is lead detective. That is a cool car and set up though haha.
I thought about adding lights on my GS400 but I didnt want to ruin it, so I did my truck instead. I have my personally owned 06 Tacoma with lights and ready to go for duty.
