The supra is a nice color...but it's a stock color...

 

If I could get any color for my GS, I would get that Chameleon paint,< the one that changes colors in different angles>, I would get it so that it's black in certain angles, then turns to Silver in others, I think that would look Hot, anyone know how much that would cost anyways??

Chameleon paint is off the wall nutty expensive....

Question, do you guys think it would be bad/wierd to have a light colored engine bay and a dark/other color car? Because if you got your GS painted, your not going to remove the engine....so like it would be blue but the engine bay would be silver...

 

some more expensive paintshops can remove everything in the engine and paint that engine bay also. But it's like maybe 1k more or something just to get all the parts out.

I think if it's black white or silver inside, it's cool because it won't be too awkward. If it's green blue or red then it might not match. But it also depends on what color you use outside.

 

Thanks, Globe -- I drove down today to see the car -- and bought it! It is dark - nearly black - real close to BMW orient blue except more true blue than purple-blue which is what orient looks like to me. GS430, premium pkg, wood & leather s/w, 17" alloys, 7200 miles, private owner, in-service August 2001. Glad to finally end the search.
