My car turns off out of no where! Help!

Spark plugs will make the vehicle misfire which should be pretty noticeable if there that bad to make the car die.
Like the other guys said do the basics like cleaning the MAF, Change the PCV. I would personally check the battery terminals, And battery cables. I had an issue with the car dying a few times like you mentioned and the terminals werent clamped down tight enough. It should be something simple!

yea thankss guys havent gotten the chance to clean the maf and throttle body yet work ery day and i just changed my breaks today. imma probably clean the maff n throttle body 2m if i dont redo my air suspensions 2m -_- and to stealthGS lol i wished it was the battery terminals but it wasnt bc my sub and everything else was still on

The same thing happened to me. I from driving home from the Bronx and i came to a stop lights. When the light turned green i press the pedal...no sound and the car did not move...scared the **** outta me because i thought....1) This is embarrassing 2) there was a ton of cars behind me and they would be pissed 3) WTF WHY DID THIS HAPPEN !!! ???
Even tho i was shocked i pulled the key out the ignition and tried again and thankfully the GS4 v8 rumbled to life...the whole drive home i was in a shock...
Is it the battery? Is something nothing running clean and chocking the engine? This is so not normal and strange for a Lexus...
