Default Removing Motor out my GS300 help!

Ok, finally getting around to removing the motor out my 1998 GS300 due to a bad rod Knock. I have a replacement engine sitting in the garage. My question is, is there anyway to pull the motor out without having to pull the auto tranny? I tried doing a search but to no avail. I dont mind having to pull the tranny, but anything to shave some time the better. I pretty much got everything disconnected and unbolted. ANyone got a link or something like that?

It would be more of a hassle to try and get the motor out withthe trans in the car than it's worth. You can pull the motor and trans as one piece however, that would probably be the easiest way.
