haha, wow old thread.. didn't expect this to show up.

They are holding up great, best wheels I've ever owned (Thanks for that!). I've probably put on ~ 50k miles and they are in great shape.

The powdercoat has accumulated its fair share of nicks and chips, but not noticeable unless you look real close (the chipped parts show real dark.. so might not be as noticeable with if you go with black). Also got a little bit of curb rash on one wheel, but these have the real small perimeter lip that protects the wheel and is an easy repair if scraped.

Black Chrome will surely look sick on these. Let me know if you don't like them again, I could use a Winter set! jk =P. Best of luck on your next set.. can you still even find these???

good to hear it is doing you good!! yes, rock chips is a pain it the a$$. you can't really prevent it.

my buddy has a set of the same that he no longer uses,.. but they are major rash with some metal loss. the lip is kinda 'curbed' away...

i am waiting for my tires to burn out on my 3GS 18's... and when they do, i will send the 2nd set of these wheels to powder coating. The color they say is "Black Chrome"... but when i look at sample wheel pix.. it looks like the hyper silver or stock ISF wheel color.

sweet! glad you still like them!
