My LS is dying and it's time to for the GS430. How much is a GS430 fully loaded without the GPS? I'm paying cash................ no financing. Can I get one under $50,000? I don't need the 17in. wheels(put on 20's the next day.) Will the GS430 get an upgrade in the HP?

You should PM William (gs4will), I'm sure he can get you into a GS430 w/o GPS for under 50k. He helped me get mine for just a bit more and it has the GPS.

the 02 GS430 is only available fully loaded here in s.cal...msrp ~$56250..with nav+ml+17" chromes..just sell the rims here, always guys looking for them
