To the OP: Again, when I had my Cobra with hi-flow cats, my CEL came on because of the o2 sensors. I had to put CEL eliminators to trick the ECU into thinking the stock cats were on. Since you are not getting a CEL, it's probably not your o2 sensors.

Also I think I would be getting wierd driving dynamics if some of the tires were at 28 and others were at 33. I will probably double check them for fun when I clean the MAF sensor.

I was about to state this. If no "check engine light" is on, the o2 sensors should be fine.

Yeah... Thankfully I do not have a CEL. So it seems like my O2 sensors are probably ok.

I thought about the tire pressure item, however I switched out my winter wheels only a month ago. I always equalize the PSI on all wheels to 33 before putting them on. I have a hard time thinking that the psi would lead to such a dramatic MPG change. It could contribute but not alone create a 20-40% mpg drop. Plus I was driving for a few weeks on the same wheel/tires and getting my old MPG before the tune.
