I have noticed sometime my A/C keep blowing stronger and back to normal and then keep repeating it. Does anyone experiencing the same problem? Is that normal or I have a problem with my A/C system? Oh yeah, another problem I noticed is sometime I'm hearing a low annoying whistling through the center vent. If I change to another mode then i stop. Any input would be greatly appreciate it.

You could have a servo issue or an obstruction not allowing vent doors under dash to open/close completely. If you have auto a/c and auto fresh/circulating air on it's normal for the car to choose what it thinks is best and you will get more or less air blowing depending on fresh (less) or recirculate (more). Whistling is probly obstruction or failing servo. Try to change the inside air filter first and clean out the box of all leaves and junk. That might help and is very simple. You can get a filter at any auto parts store.
