Just so that perhaps another person avoids this in the future....I made a really dumb mistake. It was to buy a set of used tires and rims without getting the pictures of the tires. The good news the rims are in great shape and 2 tires were almost brand new. Unfortunately the 2nd set of tires were said to be 25% tread left. Well knowing what we know about are famous cars. If the tires were on the front 25% of tire left could very well mean on the outside of the tire!! So beware many GS cars wear the front tires from inside to out!! LOL I know most of u know what I mean but to be CLEAR....IT means 25% left on outside and that the inside is almost down to the belt. So unfortunately I have to save more $$ for new front tires......then the rims will go on!!

I want to thank all others and with any luck I have saved someone from making the same mistake. I knew I should have got pictures of the tires prior to making the decision I was just a little too excited to be getting my new shoes...


Okay well best of luck to all.....maybe by summer my car will be catching up with some of your hot *** rides....Thanks for the info and inspiration to at least have a slightly moded GS....yeah a baby GS at that!! Maybe some day she will grow into a big one or like many other babies will get the impressive Turbo or Super charger.
