That is a TRD Carbon Fiber grill that was painted on. The Lexus emblem is a trunk one that was glued on. You can get the grill and emblem from Steve Ganz at Carson Toyota at 1-888-747-4777 or 310-522-2300 or email him at gonzo4u@earthlink.net. Price for the grill is about $230.

I think that is a picture of Dexters' grill and is definately one of my favorites for the GS.

The RMM grill has the same sporty look.

I would recommend that you take a look at it and then decide which one you prefer.

The RMM grill is probably sturdier has well since it has that additional plastic piece in the middle of it holding the emblem.

Price is about the same and there's actually a group buy being formed for the grill. Do a search for that thread.

that grill also comes in other colors, not just CF. I don't know if dexter's was based on the CF one or not, but they all look the same. And the CF is just painted on, not real carbon fiber. Sucks.

Yes, the TRD Carbon Fiber grill is painted on and not real carbon fiber. I believe Dexter also had the CF but he then had it painted to his body color. As I recall from Steve that TRD no longer have painted ones only Carbon Fiber ones. I maybe wrong on this. Best to contract Steve.

Yep, the CF is just a pattern.
Yep, had mine painted.
When I ordered mine from Steve, the CF was the only option, and that was several months ago.

I don't know what you guys are talking about when you mention "sturdy". This grill is plenty solid; it will only flex if you try to manipulate it on purpose.
