3pc Maya EX2 Chrome w/ Black Lip
I've been looking to get some new aggressive fitting wheels for my GS300 and found these 3pc Maya EX2's on craigslist. They are 20x8.5/20x10, the seller doesn't know what the offset is and he said he didn't see anythign stamped on the inside of the wheel. Does anyone here know much about Maya wheels and what the typical offset's are that they are sold in? They came off of a G35 and he said they were flush with the fender so I'm thinking they are around a 24-32mm offset. I'm looking for an agressive fit so even if the offset is lower It's no biggie because I plan to do a stretch tire and get some fender work done.
What do you guys think of the chrome center and black lip look?
I've got 3.8% on all the way around with the front windshield done in 35% and plan to paint the roof black. I'm thinking these wheels will blend well with the car...
Here's my ride in it's current state, you can also check sig video...

I just went to the shop that is selling them to see them in person. They look good, very clean, but I was hoping for a gloss black lip instead it's a semi gloss almost matte black lip, still good looking though. It's hard to say what to do, I like these for two reasons... 1.) the price being under a $1000 for some maya's is a great deal and it fits my budget 2.) the staggered 20x8.5/20x10 look and aggressive offset is exatcly what I'm looking for.
I agree there are better looking wheels out there, but cost much more then I'm looking to spend.... I living solo and paying for a house on my own with no roommates, pretty much going paycheck to paycheck so I doubt I'll have enough to get anything better then this.
Can you guys point me to the direction of a staggered setup under $1000?
What do you guys think of the offset from the below pics?
If I was to lower the jack in the below pics would the wheel stick out the same of would it look slightly more sunken in? please advise, thanks!

im guessing a fair few of you dont look at Japanese VIP mags that much- the black lip look is quite popular. Generally they run a silver/polished centre or a body coloured centre so the chrome is throwing me a little. personally i like the matte lip look tho.
its up to you, i am unsure about the way the spokes are quite convex (curved outward) and the lack of dish, i dont think they're very aggressive. I have 9 +27 10 +24 and i dont think my wheels are aggressive, i think theyre just 'almost flush'. aggressive is below 20.
also with the matte lips the tyres can get 'lost' into the lip so it can look crap, so you will need to run some reasonable stretch so the tyre peels back and exposes the lip so you can distinguish the tyre from the lip. on an 8'5 in 20s im not sure what you'd run, but you'd want around 225/35? or 235/30. and on the 10s probably 245/35 or 255/30?
when you lower the car the wheel will sink in quite a long way. with my car jacked up the wheels stick out like an inch or so, but tuck right under no problems. Looking at your front it should be okay, but the rear is not sticking out that much. its hard to tell with no tyre, but my rears at +24 stuck out further than those. So im going to say offsets are more like high 20s to low 30s.
i personally think just go for it- theyre in your range, theyre quite nice, theyre different and a trendy look in Japan at the moment, you can always on-sell if you change your mind without losing on them much. :P
