Are you talking about a crank pulley holding tool? It's the tool that holds the crank pulley in place so you can loosen the bolt. If so then no auto parts store will have those. I have the tool though

If you're talking about the tool that pulls the pulley off after you have removed the bolt, then yes you can rent that from the auto parts store. However, it's only $10 so might as well just buy your own to keep.
