Is it just me, or does the guy with his hands up in that picture above look like he's the BMW driver and about to get his teeth knocked out? GS4fun, is that you?

No that's not me...
I'm the one holding the camera....

The guy holding is hands up is the one and only xSuperJoex...

The BMW belongs to the guy in the black shirt. He had recently moved from Texas and is a car enthusiast. The kid to the right of him is also a BMW owner....real cool guy...I forgot his name....Anyone know him? There were three BMW's that showed up that day.

The other two kids own IS300's (A Red one and a yellow one)...real nice cars....

So, that lip itself is ~$200 from what I gathered, but with the paint jobs, that comes out to ~$800 that you put in for this lip!! Am I right??

This will be the case with any lip - the lip will be THE part lowest, closest to the ground, and most prone to chips, so plan on repainting it at least once a year, maybe more if you are Type A; maybe more so for those up us with darker colored cars that show chips more easily....

Also, the type of paint job you get (some places offer a texturized, 3M type of paint resistant to chips), and your most common type of driving, will determine how often you repaint.

Dex,
Where the heck can I find a dealer that does a 3M type of paint resistant to chips? I really really need that...
