I've been using Pennzoil high mileage oil for the past year and a half and I just recently switched over to Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic. What brand/type of oil do you use in your 2GS?

my car has a little more then 100k miles, I use Mobil 1 10w30, or castrol synthetic 10w30. Both bought at walmart for a little over $20.00 for a jug ! Walmart FTW !

Shell conventional 5w-30, ran synthetic for a few oil change when I bought it from the previous owner, never saw a difference in mileage, noise, idle, cruise, etc. So now I just use Shell conventional as it is cheapest. The oil that is produced now far exceeds the needs of our engines, but I am very religious about using OEM filters, but to each, their own preference, my 2 cents.

mobil1 5w30 synthetic I usually run 5-6k mile per oil change and hasnt given me any problems (I'm currently at 113k miles on the odo). I've consider pushing more miles but then an oil filter change is needed, so why not just do a full oil change.

My cousin works for Penske and they run all theirr company cars for 5k on dino oil, so I said why not run synethic oil even longer..

mobil1 5w30 synthetic. I run about 3K mile per change, but all my friends yell at me for doing it too soon . I might push it for 4-5k per? I stock over 10 cases in my garage

I've used Royal Purple and an occasional Mobil 1 on my GS since it was Supercharged. Everything great verified by an oil analysis.

I've been buying less and less RP recentlly though as the price is getting a bit silly. So now I pick up either Mobil 1 or Pennzoil Platinum
