To resize an image on your computer, use Microsoft Office Photo Editor, pretty sure most computers have it? You just open your image then go to Edit Image, then Resize, and whatever size it is on screen up the top (e.g. 32%) just resize to 32% so it will be the size you see which is normally a good size.
