I'd go with a Tanabe DF210 not the NF210.

If you don't have the rear fenders shaved, depending on offset you will rub with those wide 275/30's. The front should be fine.

*edit* That rear lip is nice!
the offsets are +35 front and +38 in the rear. and my fenders are not shaved. do you still think i will rub even with the tanabe nf210?

It all depends what your budget is. How much are you looking to spend?

+38 in the rear on a 10" wide wheel with a 275/30 should give you enough room where you shouldn't rub and won't have to shave your fenders. Keep in mind the only thing thats going to rub is the inner lip of the fender so to make sure just hop under your car and eyeball it out, try to use a ruler stick or a small level. You can also load your trunk with some weights, spare tires etc to see what its going to look like when lowered.

Also by zooming in on this pic below of your rear wheel and increasing the gamma...

It looks like if you go lower that 275/30 tire is gonna rub on the inner lip of the fender, I'd get it shaved just to be safe. I just paid $160 to get mine shaved and it came out great.

It would of been much less of a pain to have it lowered first before the wheels, So you would know what tire size to go with. Now its either coilovers with no issues, Or springs and just wait to see what happens!
