Default ECU Repair

Anyone know where I can send my ECU to get repaired? My car was idleing abnormaly. I pulled a code and it was the TPS. Changed the TPS and same problem. I decided to check ECU and found a group of four resistors fried. Thought of changing out resistors myself, but I'm not so experienced with a soldering gun even though I've used one before. I know how delicate the circuit board is and how easily it can be ruined. Or if anyone here feels confident enough to do the soldering let me know. Located in Southern California.
