A copy of the steering TSB?

I'm certain I've got to get the wheels balanced, but I think there's more to my situation than that. When I drive on a gravel road, I can feel something in the steering banging back and forth, despite having good suspension, tie rods, etc. It feels like excessive clearance between the pinion gear and rack. I'd like to see what's involved with the TSB and whether or not I want to try to do the job myself.
