I know they're not dirty, but they look it since that's the color of brake dust. Not a fan of it, but it's your taste that really matters. I think you should paint the calipers to offset it - if they are super clean, people won't assume that your wheels just have a metric s-ton of brake dust all over them.

I want to paint the calipers but i don't know what color to paint them, any suggestions?

If you loved the chrome, you could have had them redone for less than $600! I sent mine out to get chromed because they weren't, and it was only $300 total, including fixing a curbed wheel.

I agree - no red, it simply looks out of place, especially since the rears are so small. I'd go either black or a dark blue. Not flashy, but it will set off the gunmetal better fo sho.
