Not asking, but since your VIN is normally present in half a dozen different places (some not easily visible, common mfgr habit) on your car, someone (not me, of course) might wonder about the legality of your ownership status........
Your maintainence schedule is at 1k miles, then either at multiples of 5k or 7.5k depending on your driving habits. So regardless, at 15k, you are due.

My Lexus dealership says ever 5K miles no matter what. I used to get my oil changed every 3K miles with my other cars, but Lexus tells me that is not neccesary anymore, but I still can come in and pay over $50 for an OIL CHANGE? WTF? I'll stick with the 5K mile intervals for now. By the way, I am not taking my Lexus to a local Jiffy lube or something like that.

Depending on where you live in the country 3500 and 5000 mile intervals will suffice for regular oil changes. I am here in Austin, TX and we are advised that during summer months (May-Sept) to bring in the vehicle atleast twice. Once at the end of May and once at the beginning of September. Seems engine oil + 105 degree temps on a daily basis = bad.
