Default I want a deeper sound. Help?

I'm trying to make my GS sound hard (give it a deep, loud sound) but dont have a lot to spend. What would you guys suggest? Also, are the any other cheap mods that I can do?

Been thinking about it. How much does it cost? Hows the sound? And how does it effect gas mileage lol?

If you want a deep sound without droning than a Tanabe Touring Medallion is a good exhaust. Leave the droning to the highschool kids with Hondas, your in a Lexus not a Civic.

Dont spend the money on tanabe! for just the muffler its like $220? buy the Megan Racing N1 muffler, thier like $80-90 per muffler unlike $220 per and they sound great. installing is the really only expensive part.

I got a Tanabe MT from ZippyGuy, it is loud. I was seriously thinking about Borla and you get a million mile warranty with it.

What? Lol.... The Tanabe is a full exhaust system from the catalytic converter back, if you want to stick a universal muffler on your car you might as well just buy a Honda and dtick it on at a 45 degree angle. Anyways, the Tanabe will give you a nice sound and increased power with the piping size increase etc.... Why in the world would you use some fart box muffler from a company like Megan when there are quality systems out there designed for the car?

Are you sure you got the Touring model and not the Hyper? Do you have any pictures? I have the Touring and you can barely even hear it at idle or on the highway cruising. I think you may have got the Hyper from the way your describing it.

It may be just the difference between what we perceive. The oem exhaust was so quiet with the resonators, I think that's really what makes the noise level higher that the resonators are deleted with Tanabe MT.

It was the TM. I have a RMM now and it's perfect, however, I'm selling it.

Idk, my car is pretty quiet and I'm running a 3" downpipe on top of it all. Either way, my vote goes for the Tanabe Touring.
