Anyone running 285/35/18 on the 18x9.5 L-Tuned rears? Rubbing?

L-tuned uses 265-35-18, tirerack says 275-35-18.
Has anyone tried 285-35-18, w/the 18x9.5 OZ Salina ?
Suspension is stock on my 2000 GS400.....Thanks

285/35/18. RUB the outside tires to the fender. I had to roll my fender up alittle bit. solved the problem.
(.5" clearance needed, roll the fender give me just that). 265 looks ugly on a 10" wide rim (too small), maybe 275 looks better, but 285 is definitely the right size =)
notes: my car is lowered, not stock, so you might be OK, but I am not sure, go with 275 just to be safe
