Default What Is a Good Compound To Polish Headlights After Sanding Them Down?

I have always used plastx whenever i sand my headlights down but it does not seem to get all the scratches out. Does anybody know of any better compound to use on them. I think there is one by 3M but not sure what its called.

Do you know anyone with a rotary or dual action buffer (orbital)? Nothing beats using a machine to do the work.

Meguiar's also makes a new ultimate compound which you could use by hand available OTC.
