Default Has Anybody Ever Thought Of A 98-05 GS-F

I currently have 02 Sport Design Gs but thinking of turning it into a GS-F. I am pretty sure that I am not the only person that has thought of it. I absolutely love the F-Sport rims and the Blue F logo and the F shifter ***. Also the F_Sport Decals and Emblems. It is little things like that make me want to do this but its still a thought lol. Anybody else currently thinking of it???????????????

Please don't basterdize a Sport Design like that. Its your car you can do what you want.... but I don't know why you would want to . The wheels are one thing, those would be good. But the various emblems and showy stuff is worthless.

Your Sport Design is already a fairly rare and specially badged vehicle, don't change that.

I would rock F-Sport parts on my 2GS but not the emblems and decals.

I literally started a thread about this yesterday, I think it would be a really cool idea to incorperate F sport equipment on to older GS's. I thought people were going to kill me when I brought it up. Then after getting torn in 2 the moderater deleted my thread. I think I will incorperate F sport equipment in to my car. Someone made the comment the other thread that I could only put a F logo on my car if I was faster than a ISF. I guess with a little work we coud get a GS to go 13.20's , though since this is my daily driver I would rather not lose my reliablity. Give me a little time and it will come. Anyways I like the idea and hopefully lexus might eventually make some F performance parts for the older GS's.

I would do it. I dont see the problem with putting some F-sport stuff on a 2nd GS. Maybe some people just digg the IS-F rims concidering that they are one of the best OEM (even better than most aftermarket) rims on the market for performance.

Changeing the shift ****...well many people buy aftermarket carbin fiber ****. (Momo, Sparco, Razo, Toms) So why not a F-sport one with carbin and luxury into one piece?

And so whats sup with the new GS with F-sport item? Just because they make stuff for the 3rd gen GS so its ok for it to be sported and not on the 2nd gen? Bunch of IS-F GS wanna be? I am not even gonna mention about people that buy stuff for their IS250 and IS350. lol

Its only accessories..... and its your ride.

No emblems.

you guys have to realize there's a huge difference between GS-F and gs with fsport products. the title of this thread is very misleading, or incorrect. adding fsport to your GS doesn't make it GS-F. the emblem they supply you says "Fsport equipped", not the plain "F"

i think some fsport parts would look great on 2gen GS. they're lexus accessories and can be put on any lexus model. just don't call it GSF.

That would look very cool. Then pump up your motor to F sport proportions to back up the look and burn F Sport rubber!

I love to see 400hp NA on these cars. I am new to 1UZ-FE but I hope that the aftermarket for these cars start to come back around, with more power adders and hope fully ways to take these engines to the next level. Oh ya and the transmissions. Though why not design a 2 gen gs into what Lexus could have sold as a GSF. Obviously they didn't make one, but I think it would be awesome to build a car that could have been the 2 gen GSF.
