best bang for the buck..........throw a bottle on it with a 100shot and call it a day....

Agreed! I'm really surprised more 400/430 owners don't do this If I had the $ to be doing performance stuff, this would be on my list for sure.

I agree but your forgetting one main thing. A lot of members with these type of cars use them as daily drivers and need to keep reliability on par. After a dozen or so times squeezing a 100 shot of nitrous it will surely put "extra" wear on those pistons and rings not to mention adding this stress on an engine (and tranny) that already could have 100K+ miles on it; especially if it's a GS400 (i.e. 10 years old). If it's a weekend car then yeah why not.

If it were me and I just HAD to get that extra power I would do more of a mild setup...say perhaps a 50 shot.
