best place to buy Weapon R secret 02 gs300

YOu guys know what the best place for buying this intake is? They have it for $170us on ebay but the guy doesn't ship to Canada

for $170 seems like about a 4-5hp gain, so pretty cheap mod in all considering just a drop in filter is $70
