Strange.. My fit in without any problem.. but again.. my TRD STB is very strange.. the three screw hole in the STB are some how design with more of long shape.. so when I install my, I did not have to jack up.. it slide right in..
Maybe its a defect one.. my all three hole on both side are not round shape.. they look like two circle combine together.. from TRD factory.. Steve..

Could also be the age of the car...when I got my GS430, I had the TRD STB and it slid right on...on flat ground...the instructions say to REMOVE the spacer. $160 is a good price for it...I paid more than that a while back (but that's when they cost more).

Manaray, I have the UGO just like you too (having prev had the TRD). Anyway, I was just curious, I know you have the whole suspension mod but when you put your rear STB in, how much performance increase do you think you got?
I was at Ganz's the other day and i had the rear UGO C/F STB in my hands ready for purchase but to get it on I have to take apart my sub box and my amp. Steve and I decided against it then on but man, if the performance increase is significant, I might kiss the sub/amp away.
Whatcha think? I have eibachs, front STB and 18's.

NICE PIC thanks for posting it.
My prob is location
My box is a custom box which is sitting right where your amp is and it's about flush height and base of roughly half the size of that section where the UGO bar cuts through. My amp is sitting just like your amp against the board to the left right next to the box.
If I want the UGO on, I practically have a drill through my box so the UGO can slide through and my amp is kinda thick (fosgate) and it'll rub slightly asgainst the stb.
I really have to move the location of the SUb off somewhere else which is most likely the side of the trunk effectively losing my real trunk space and if it rains, water goes striaght to the speaker.
boo hoo hoo.
NICE SETUP BTW.

Thanks for the compliments.
Sounds like you'd have to do some serious surgery, all for a rear STB.
I'd consider getting a TOMs rear LCB or the multipiece rear link set instead.
Planted butt; no surgery.
