The SAME exact thing happened to my Work Varianza Schwertz SC1 after I went in to Bay Ridge Lexus for a warranty work. I called Lexus Corporate and they said the same thing that they will back the dealer and told me nothing can be done...totally useless...
I tried Mothers Polish and other stuff as well but nothing work to save the wheel...

never take your car into the stealership with after market wheels. They will either curb them or this will happen everytime. I know its a pain in the *** but if you take your car to Lexus put your stock wheels back on.
Iv heard this story so many times since I started buying Lexus's 5 years ago.
Good luck and Im sorry this happen to you.

Wow you're better than me. If that manager would have treated me like that I probably would have waited to see what car he drove... maybe had some friends pay him a visit as he was driving home.

They washed your car when you were only after a key w/programming?
I used to work at a large Toyota dealership here and the only time they would wash a customer's car is if it was in for actual service work as it's part of the service. Any warranty work or additionals doesn't get a wash. Strange.

Lexus dealer will wash your car if you drop your car off at Lexus Service.
I PAID them to program a key to my car = service.
I probably told them not to wash my car if I knew they were going to wash my car. They call it "customer appeciation jesture". Even Lexus USA customer service person told me same thing.
Go change your oil at Lexus dealer and see if they wash your car too....
I am driving my GS as is... Just reminder that Plaza Lexus killed my Roja wheels...

When I bring my car in for servicing, I tell them SPECIFICALLY NOT TO WASH my car. You would think the quality of service would be better for a luxury car brand, but in the washing/detailing department, sadly, that is not the case. Sorry to hear about your damaged rims. Hope you can get if buffed out like SK said.

very sorry to hear. its usually hit or miss for dealers. ive seen some threads complaining about the same thing and the dealers have done the right thing and replaced the wheels. ive also seen other like your situation pretty much tell you to ef off.
best bet from now on is to either replace the wheels with stock wheels when you go in for service or tell them to write down NO WASH on the service slip.
I havent taken my car in for service with wheels on but i know for sure i will be telling them no wash and also taking pictures of each wheel when i get there to prove nothing was wrong.
