Got mine GS4 several years ago and very happy with it. Get the GS4 because the GS3 isn't going to save you that much on gas. Get Carfax, Autocheck reports, maintenance records..... Good luck with your search.

I just got my gs400 and am loving it. I also have an is300 5spd, and I love the comfort differance. U should definatly get a gs though.

I'm in the same situation as the OP, and thanks to this post I'm confident about getting a GS400/430 now. Now it's just the matter of finding the perfect GS lol

We have both the 300 and the 400 and I know you guys say that the gas savings is not huge, but we see a significant difference in both of them. The 300 can average 25-26 on a tank and the 400 has never seen over 21 average. I recommend getting 01+

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I'd love to have my lil girl roll around in a GS.. w/ tinted windows, curtains, hahhaha.. I don't have too much to spend but I'll definitely let my wallet do the talking.. I dont wanna be rollin around in the mazda thinking somethings gonna break.. I'd like to have the piece of mind, even tho the mazdas paid off and Im paying a lil more
