to op: nice execution. Really like it.

I'm Chrispy's friend and I make threads for him now and then. I think you are possibly referring to another thread that another member on cl/vsc made, but nevertheless, I made threads for him so I need to clear myself from this as well.

First of all, I agree with your point on execution. Just ask any enthusiast, any real enthusiast. It doesn't matter if it's authentic or replica, it's all about the execution. If you like how your car looks, then so be it. There are always going to be people that does not like your execution. You should know this better than anyone else because nobody has a more aggressive fitment than your 19x11.5 "-51" Borphes.

Next, I would like to apologize to the forum for not making myself clear. I made threads for Chrispy out of convenience; I am an amateur photographer, and we just happen to photoshoot and share the same hookers together. In the threads that I made, I only posted photos. I am a very busy man and I do not have the time to go back and respond to everyone's comments. Occasionally, people come up to me privately and ask me if his kit is authentic or replica. I tell them the truth and my day goes on.

I am a supporter of authenticity, but I am not a supporter of replica bashing (unless they are claiming that it's real when it's fake). You should know how it feels when someone called you out for something. I won't say what it is, but I won't need to say it. Most people already knew because someone already had called you out long ago. People on the forum consistently called you out for different things, and I just find it hilarious that you are calling somebody else out.

My point is, if you have a replica, you are bound to fool people no matter what. There are always spectators, new members, and judges that had never seen your car before. When they see it for the first time, they're going to think every single mod on your car is authentic until somebody, or you personally, says otherwise.

What was your REAL reason for calling Chrispy out?

I cannot steer this thread in the right direction but from my understanding Rev-01 is legit and pointed out the same as them member who started this thread,

also the man who started the thread gets props for letting members know of this............. Shine kit. alot of threads have lead this way but this was the needle that broke the camels back.

All in all execution is everything and how you get there matters too to the true enthusiast, reason why I have started over for a whole new look. time for change.

Guys, please keep your comments on the car or the kit and off the people posting in this thread (or others). Knock off the personal callouts.

Sorry Dave , Sorry this thread turned into something it shouldn't have .

I was stating the obvious, from what was seen on the boards,

to the Op. I like what the kit looks good like esp on a black car.

Nice car blkonchrom. Shine has been making kits for a while now. M1 has been selling them for a long time on the vendor forums.
