Default Who has SAGE Racing contact # !?!?!?

I took apart my whole suspension to install their RCA along with the daizen bushings and coilovers only to find out that it doesnt fit.

The ring/nipple they supplied is too BIG, poor quality control on their part and now I'm pissed. I can't just have my car all apart and wait for 2 small little pieces to come in.

The rings dont even fit the RCA can't believe they didnt inspect it before shipping it out!

Who did you buy them from?

Is this front or rear RCA?

Any pics you can provide would be helpful.

I dont have picture available but its the rings that come with the front RCA two of them fit but the two other dont fit.

The lower ball joint has 2 tapper style openings where it fits onto the A arm..the RCA fits in between the ball joint and A arm the rings act as the taper it would have sat on if it was sitting directly onto the ball joint.

Oh and I bought the RCA from TrendyTodd CL vendor here, I've left a msg with him so I'm waiting for a reply.

The rings fit neither RCA or my A arm so it simply doesnt fit...

From what you're saying it sounds like you are talking about the inserts that are press fit into the RCA's and then seat into the base of the arm. I would expect those to come already installed into the RCAs as they are supposed to be a tight fit.

I'm sure Todd will take care of you.

Let us know the outcome.

Hey joshoowa...

I had the same issue with mines when I got them...they weren't installed....and it didn't really drop in.

What I did was...

- sand down the outer sleeves which removed any debris or corrosion buildup
- if it was really tight...I got my dremel kit and sanded/grinded the holes of the RCA block
- then, I got a hammer and some cardboard/rags...and slowly hammered the sleeve into the RCA block.

Tight fit and DONE!!

Good luck bro...not that hard to do.

Doesn't sound like how it was intended to be done though. Hopefully this gets resolved.

I've had this kit for a while now & ordered through Todd. The install was a breeze for my installer with zero modification to the RCAs. Everything bolted up perfectly. I believe the front Sage RCAs are only compatible with the newly designed ball joints (post 2001). Did you install new ball joints along with the RCAs?

It's actually not that hard to make. I've made 2 set with a manual mill and 1 with the CNC already. With the locating/centering sleeves, I took some DOM tubing and turned it down on a lathe.
