Which Lexus centercaps fit the OEM 17x8 wheels?

I have a set of chrome 17" (17x8) GS400/430 wheels which centercaps can I use that fit correctly?

Also whats the best way to pop them off w/o scratching my existing ones?

I just swapped wheels around on our GS430 yesterday. Just push the center cap out from the back of the wheel. They will pop out easily.
